Yes. We formulate butyl compound to customer specifications including hardness (Shore A 40–80), elongation, tensile strength, and specific filler content. Lead time for new formulations is typically 4–6 weeks.
IATF 16949 (automotive QMS, valid to 2028), ISO 9001 (general QMS), ISO 14001 (environmental management), Hyundai SQ Mark, and Inno-Biz certification from the Korean government.

Standard samples (existing grades) ship within 5 business days from order confirmation. Custom formulation samples require 4–6 weeks for compounding and quality control.
Yes. Safety Data Sheets are available for all products in English and Korean. Contact us with your product and region and we will provide the relevant SDS.
Kneader capacity: 3,432 tons/year. Extruder (shaped product) capacity: 8.16 million units/year. We maintain safety stock to support rapid delivery for established accounts.
Our standard grades are formulated to avoid SVHC substances listed under REACH and do not contain restricted substances under RoHS. Full substance declarations are available on request.
